Registration & Pre-Work Deadlines

Please register for the conference by Monday December 3rd.  You will receive an email confirmation, including hotel confirmation information, shortly thereafter.

Also due on December 3rd:

  • Your high-resolution photo and one-page bio.  We will use last year’s if we do not receive an update from you.  Contact Amy Daly-Donovan to view last year’s information.
  • Your response to the Foundation Highlights questions.  These will be published in the Conference Notebook.
  • Your Foundation’s profile information; complete this short survey of financial and organizational information that will also be included in the notebook.
  • If interested, your proposal to present a “Deep Dive” case study outlining a particular project or program your Foundation has implemented.  See the attached “RFP” for guidelines on the types of projects we’re looking for.
