Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. The contracted room rate at the Kona Kai is $259 + tax + a discounted resort fee of $20 per night. Please use this link to make your reservation.
The conference fee is calculated by totaling all expenses at the conclusion of the event and divided equally among participants. Invoices will be issued in March/April; the estimated cost is approximately $1,500 per participant and includes all conference meals.
The deadline for conference registration is January 25, 2025. Any cancellations after this date are subject to a $500 cancellation fee (plus any cancellation fee issued by the hotel).
