We are looking forward to returning to San Antonio! We will be meeting at the historic Hotel Emma. Just 15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport, the hotel is located in the heart of "the Pearl", a vibrant district and gathering place where heritage and modernity blend.
REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL OPEN IN THE FALL.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. The contracted room rate at Hotel Emma is $465 + tax per night.
The conference fee is calculated by totaling all expenses at the conclusion of the event and divided equally among participants. Invoices will be issued in March/April; the estimated cost is approximately $1,500 per participant and includes all conference meals.
The deadline for conference registration is January 15, 2027. Any cancellations after this date are subject to a $500 cancellation fee (plus any cancellation fee issued by the hotel).
