We are looking forward to convening in Washington DC this year! We will be meeting at the Sofitel Hotel, Just 15 minutes from Washington National airport, the hotel is located in the heart of downtown DC.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. The contracted room rate at the Sofitel is $259 + tax per night. Please use this link to make your hotel reservation no later than January 9, 2026.
The conference fee is calculated by totaling all expenses at the conclusion of the event and divided equally among participants. Invoices will be issued in March/April; the estimated cost is approximately $1,500 per participant and includes all conference meals.
The deadline for conference registration is January 9, 2026. Any cancellations after this date are subject to a $500 cancellation fee (plus any cancellation fee issued by the hotel).
